中医护理干预在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果

The application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨中医护理干预在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法选取72例妇科腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,抽签法将其随机分为两组,各36例。对照组采用常规基础护理干预,观察组采用中医护理干预,比较两组围手术期相关指标、并发症、疼痛评分和应激指标。结果观察组排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、胃肠道蠕动时间、排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.56%,显著低于对照组的22.22%(P<0.05);干预后,观察组外周胰岛素、外周血糖水平及疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇科腹腔镜手术患者采用中医护理干预,可以有效缩短围手术期相关时间,减少并发症,改善疼痛和应激指标。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 72 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups using a lottery method,with 36 patients in each group.The control group received routine basic nursing intervention,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.Results The perioperative related indicators,complications,pain scores,and stress indicators were compared between the two groups.The observation group had shorter exhaust time,bedtime activity time,hospitalization time,gastrointestinal peristalsis time,and defecation time than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.56%,significantly lower than the 22.22%in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the levels of peripheral insulin,peripheral blood sugar,and pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention can effectively shorten the perioperative period,reduce complications,and improve pain and stress indicators for patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
