优质护理在妊娠期糖尿病合并妊娠期高血压疾病中的应用效果

Effect of high-quality nursing care on diabetes complicating pregnancy induced hypertension

目的研究优质护理在妊娠期糖尿病合并妊娠期高血压疾病中的应用效果。方法选择78例妊娠期糖尿病合并妊娠期高血压疾病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各39例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以优质护理,比较两组护理前后血糖、血压水平。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、收缩压、舒张压均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理用于妊娠期糖尿病合并妊娠期高血压疾病,有助于改善血糖、血压水平,提高护理效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of high quality nursing in diabetes complicating pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 78 patients with gestational diabetes complicated with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were selected as the research object,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table,39 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received high-quality care.Blood glucose and blood pressure levels before and after care were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing care,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing for diabetes complicating hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is helpful to improve the level of blood sugar and blood pressure,improve the nursing effect,and is worth popularizing.
