改良式截石位护理对妇科腹腔镜手术患者舒适度、胃肠功能及并发症的影响

The effect of improved lithotomy position nursing on comfort,gastrointestinal function,and complications in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨改良式截石位护理对妇科腹腔镜手术患者舒适度、胃肠功能及并发症的影响。方法选取本院78例妇科腹腔镜手术患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各39例。对照组予以常规截石位护理,观察组予以改良式截石位护理。比较两组舒适度、胃肠功能及并发症发生情况。结果观察组Ⅰ级舒适度患者比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.13%,显著低于对照组的20.51%(P<0.05)。结论对妇科腹腔镜手术患者实施改良式截石位护理,能够提高患者舒适度,促进胃肠功能恢复,同时降低术后并发症发生风险。

Objective To explore the impact of improved lithotomy position nursing on the comfort,gastrointestinal function,and complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients.Methods 78 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 39 patients in each group.The control group received routine lithotomy position nursing,while the observation group received improved lithotomy position nursing.Compare the comfort,gastrointestinal function,and incidence of complications between the two groups.Results The proportion of patients with Grade I comfort in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had shorter first anal exhaust time,first defecation time,and recovery time of bowel sounds compared to the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.13%,significantly lower than the 20.51%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing improved lithotomy position nursing for gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients can improve patient comfort,promote gastrointestinal function recovery,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
