血小板结合小剂量糖皮质激素疗法应用于HELLP综合征治疗中的效果分析

Effect analysis of platelet combined with low dose glucocorticoid therapy in the treatment of HELLP syndrome

目的探讨血小板结合小剂量糖皮质激素疗法应用于HELLP综合征的疗效。方法选取60例HELLP综合征患者,以计算机软件RandA1.0将其分为参照组与治疗组,每组30例。参照组给予血小板输注治疗,治疗组给予血小板结合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果用药后,相比参照组,治疗组谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、白介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α指标更低,血小板计数更高(P<0.05)。治疗组终止妊娠孕周长于参照组,新生儿5 min的Apgar评分高于参照组,子痫发生率6.67%低于参照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论血小板结合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗方案应用于HELLP综合征疗效理想。

Objective To investigate the effect of platelet combined with low dose glucocorticoid therapy on HELLP syndrome.Methods 60 patients with HELLP syndrome were selected and divided into reference group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group by using computer software RandA1.0.The control group was given platelet infusion therapy,and the treatment group was given platelet combined with low-dose glucocorticoid therapy.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the indexes of alanine transaminase,aspartate transaminase,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αwere lower in the treatment group,and the platelet count was higher(P<0.05).The gestational circumference of the treatment group was higher than that of the reference group,the Apgar score of neonates 5 min was higher than that of the reference group,and the incidence of eclampsia was 6.67%lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Platelet combined with low dose glucocorticoid therapy is ideal for HELLP syndrome.
