中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症研究热点与趋势可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的计量可视化分析中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的国内外核心文献,探究领域研究现状、热点及趋势。方法以中国知网(CNKI)、Web of Science(WOS)数据库搜索的有关中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症中英文核心文献作为数据来源,运用Excel、CiteSpaceV软件进行文献计量学可视化分析。结果纳入中文核心文献510篇,英文文献101篇。中英文文献首现年份分别为1992年和2010年,中英文发文最多年份分别为2015年(35篇)、2021年(21篇);核心发文作者与机构均来自中国,中英文高产作者分别为朱立国(8篇)和JIANG HONG(6篇);中国中医科学院望京医院、广西中医药大学、南京中医药大学为发文核心机构;前5的中英文高频关键词分别为腰椎、推拿、中医、牵引、中药疗法和Low back pain、acupuncture、efficacy、Alternative medicine、diagnosis;前5的中英文关键词聚类分别为推拿、中医、牵引、临床研究、活血化瘀及management、alternative medicine、diagnosis、mind-body therapies、osteoblast。学科领域的研究热点发展趋势划分为4个阶段。结论中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症领域内发文呈上升趋势,核心作者及团队主要在我国,对疾病的辩证分型、中医外治法及川乌等活血化瘀药物、椎间盘突出症模型创建和细胞凋亡角度探讨疾病病机是研究热点和重点。

Objective To measure and visualize the core literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation at home and abroad,and to explore the research status,hotspots and trends in the field.Methods The Chinese and English core literatures on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by traditional Chinese medicine searched in CNKI and Web of Science(WOS)databases were used as data sources,and Excel and CiteSpaceV software were used for bibliometric visualization analysis.Results A total of 510 Chinese core articles and 101 English articles were included.The first years of Chinese and English literature were 1992 and 2010,respectively.The most published years in Chinese and English were 2015(35 articles)and 2021(21 articles),respectively.The core authors and institutions were from China,and the high-yield authors in Chinese and English are ZHU Li-guo(8 articles)and JIANG HONG(6 articles).Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were the core institutions for publication.The top 5 high-frequency keywords in Chinese were lumbar spine,massage,traditional Chinese medicine,traction,traditional Chinese medicine therapy,and in English were Low back pain,acupuncture,efficacy,Alternative medicine,diagnosis.The top 5 Chinese keyword clusters were massage,traditional Chinese medicine,traction,clinical research,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and the top 5 English keyword clusters were management,alternative medicine,diagnosis,mind-body therapies,osteoblast.The development trend of research hotspots in the discipline field was divided into four stages.Conclusion The number of papers published in the field of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lumbar disc herniation is on the rise.The core authors and teams are mainly in China.The dialectical classification of the disease,the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis such as Chuanwu,the establishment of the model of lumbar disc herniation and the perspective of apoptosis are the research hotspots and focuses.
