延安市基层医疗卫生机构信息化建设的现状研究及对策

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Informatization Construction of Primary Health Institutions in Yan'an City

基层卫生信息化是由县域内各医疗卫生机构建设业务信息管理系统和信息平台组成的业务协同和数据共享平台。我国基层卫生信息化主要表现为信息系统快速普及、互联互通得到加强、业务应用丰富多样的快速发展,各省份的信息化建设也颇具特色。但基层医疗卫生机构存在的卫生信息化技术和管理理念落后、人才缺乏、投入不足、硬件建设不全、信息化程度低等医学问题也在基层卫生信息化建设过程中暴露出来。本研究旨在了解延安市基层医疗卫生机构医疗资源基本情况,初步探讨信息化对卫生服务效能的影响,以期为促进延安市医疗卫生事业提供一定的指导思路。

Primary health informatization is a business collaboration and data sharing platform composed of business information management system and information platform of medical and health institutions in the county.China's primary health informatization is mainly manifested in the rapid popularization of information systems,the strengthening of interconnection,and the rapid development of rich and diverse business applications.The informatization construction of each province is also quite distinctive.However,medical problems such as backward health information technology and management concepts,lack of talents,insufficient investment,incomplete hardware construction,and low level of informatization in primary health care institutions are also exposed in the process of primary health information construction.The purpose of this study is to understand the basic situation of medical resources in primary medical and health institutions in Yan'an City,and to explore the impact of informatization on the efficiency of health services,in order to provide some guidance for promoting medical and health undertakings in Yan'an City.
