茵栀黄颗粒联合蓝光治疗新生儿高疸红素血症的临床疗效及对肝功能的影响

摘要 目的研究茵栀黄颗粒联合蓝光治疗新生儿高疸红素血症的临床疗效及对肝功能的影响。方法选取2021年5月-2022年9月我院收治的82例高疸红素血症新生儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(n=41)和对照组(n=41)。对照组采用蓝光照射法治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予茵栀黄颗粒治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床恢复指标、肝功能指标[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)]及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的80.49%(P<0.05);研究组皮肤颜色恢复、住院时间、黄疸消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清ALT、TBIL、DBIL、AST水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论茵栀黄颗粒联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿高疸红素血症具有良好的效果,可改善肝功能,减少不良反应发生几率,促进病情恢复。 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Yinzhihuang granules combined with blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal with hyperbilirubinemia and its effect on liver function.Methods A total of 82 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into study group(n=41)and control group(n=41)by random number table method.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation,and the study group was treated with Yinzhihuang granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical recovery indexes,liver function indexes[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.12%,which was higher than 80.49%in the control group(P<0.05).The skin color recovery,hospitalization time and jaundice regression time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum ALT,TBIL,DBIL and AST in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinzhihuang granules combined with blue light irradiation has a good effect in the treatment of neonatal with hyperbilirubinemia,which can improve liver function,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote the recovery of the disease.
