序贯评估法护理对颅脑外伤患者急救效果、救治时间及不良事件发生率的影响

Effect of Sequential Evaluation Nursing on First Aid Effect,Treatment Time and Incidence of Adverse Events in Patients with Craniocerebral Trauma

目的研究序贯评估法护理对颅脑外伤患者急救效果、救治时间及不良事件发生率的影响。方法以2019年2月-2022年2月天津市滨海新区海滨人民医院接收的62例颅脑外伤患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)与观察组(31例)。对照组行常规急救护理,观察组则在其基础上开展序贯评估法护理,比较两组急救效果、救治时间、格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、不良事件及并发症发生率。结果观察组急救成功率高于对照组,救治时间少于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后GCS评分高于护理前,NIHSS评分均低于护理前,且观察组GCS评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率、并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论序贯评估法护理可提高颅脑外伤患者的急救效果,缩短其救治时间,减少救治过程中的不良事件,降低其并发症风险。

Objective To study the effect of sequential evaluation nursing on first aid effect,treatment time and incidence of adverse events in patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods From February 2019 to February 2022,62 patients with craniocerebral trauma received by Haibin People's Hospital of Binhai New Area were divided into control group(31 patients)and observation group(31 patients)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine emergency nursing,while the observation group received sequential evaluation nursing on the basis of the control group.The first aid effect,treatment time,Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score,neurological deficit(NIHSS)score,adverse events and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of first aid in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the treatment time was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The GCS score of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,and the NIHSS score was lower than that before nursing,while the GCS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events and complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sequential evaluation nursing can improve the first aid effect of patients with craniocerebral trauma,shorten the treatment time,reduce the adverse events in the treatment process,and reduce the risk of complications.
