乡村振兴背景下农村留守妇女直播电商技能培训探索研究

在乡村振兴战略中,农村留守妇女发挥着不可替代的独特作用。随着数字化进程的加快,手机成为“新农具”,直播成为“新农活”,对帮助农村留守妇女就业增收起到重要作用。针对农村留守妇女开展直播带货过程中存在的缺乏专业素养、直播技能和运营能力等诸多问题,亟需完善直播电商技能培训体系,通过加强创新创业指导、重构技能培训课程体系、注重直播运营能力提升、优化培训评价体系等措施,有效提升农村留守妇女直播技能,实现直播电商就业创业,推动女性力量在乡村振兴战略中创新发展。

In the strategy of rural revitalization,rural left-behind women play an irreplaceable and unique role.With the acceleration of the digitization process,mobile phones have become"new farm tools"and livestreaming has become"new farm work",which plays an important role in helping rural left-behind women to increase their employment and income.In view of the many problems such as lack of professional accomplishment,lack of livestreaming skills and lack of operation ability of rural left-behind women in the process of carrying out livestreaming goods,there is an urgent need to improve the skills training system of livestreaming e-commerce.By strengthening innovative entrepreneurial guidance,reconstructing the skills training course system,paying attention to the improvement of livestreaming operation ability,optimizing the training evaluation system and other measures,we can effectively improve the livestreaming skills of rural left-behind women and realize the realization of direct broadcast e-commerce entrepreneurship,so as to promote the innovation and development of women's power in the strategy of rural revitalization.
