接续推进从全面小康迈向共同富裕,实施乡村振兴是不可回避的重要命题。2023年中央一号文件提出,要扎实推进乡村发展、乡村建设、乡村治理等乡村振兴重点工作,加快建设农业强国,建设宜居宜业和美乡村。乡村振兴作为新时代“三农”工作的总抓手,是实现全体人民共同富裕的必然选择。值此背景下,从共同富裕的视角出发,探讨实施乡村振兴对推动全体人民共同富裕的重要意义,剖析当前农民农村实现共同富裕的现实困境,进而为推动实施乡村振兴、促进共同富裕提出路径指引。

In order to continue promoting from an all-round well-off to common prosperity,the implementation of rural revitalization is an unavoidable important proposition.The No.1 Document of the Central Committee in 2023 proposed that it is necessary to solidly promote the key work of rural revitalization,such as rural development,rural construction,and rural governance,and speed up the construction of an agricultural power and a livable industry and a beautiful countryside.As the general grasp of the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the new era,rural revitalization is the inevitable choice to realize the common prosperity of all the people.Under this background,from the perspective of common prosperity,this paper discusses the significance of rural revitalization in promoting the common prosperity of all the people,and analyzes the current plight of farmers to achieve common prosperity in rural areas,and then put forward the path guidance for promoting the implementation of rural revitalization and promoting common prosperity.
