摘要
该文基于新农科背景和服务地方乡村振兴的宗旨,指出当前园林人才培养过程中普遍存在的问题,为更好地服务园林行业发展,满足行业人才需求,从人才培养方向和专业人才需求分析出发,结合玉林师范学院2022年园林专业人才培养过程,从校企乡协同育人、课程思政、第二课堂、科教研融合、师资队伍建设、人才智库和政策扶持等方面提出改革与创新措施,以实现培养面向乡村振兴、服务“三农”的新人才目标。
Based on the context of new agricultural science and the purpose of serving the revitalization of local villages,this paper points out the common problems in the current process of garden personnel training,in order to better serve the development of the garden industry and meet the needs of talents in the industry.Starting from the analysis of talent training direction and professional talent demand,combined with the training process of landscape architecture major of YulinNormal University in 2022,this paper puts forward reform and innovative measures from the aspects of cooperative education in schools,enterprises and townships,ideological and political education,the second classroom,the integration of science,education and research,the construction of teaching staff,talent think tanks,policy support and so on,in order to achieve the goal of training new talents for rural revitalization and serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers.
