心脏腺苷负荷磁共振成像与双源CT冠状动脉造影在冠心病早期诊断中的临床应用分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析心脏腺苷负荷磁共振成像与双源CT冠状动脉造影在冠心病早期诊断中的临床应用效果。方法回顾性方式进行此次研究,将我院2019年5月-2020年7月接收的35例冠心病患者纳入研究,采用双源CT冠状动脉造影、心脏腺苷负荷磁共振成像检查,观察诊断结果。结果选择性冠状动脉造影有122个狭窄段,CTCA:70个狭窄段和333个非狭窄血管。CTCA:15个狭窄节段(假阳性)。与CT冠状动脉造影相比,选择性冠状动脉造影的特异性96%,敏感性68%,阴性预测值92.5%,阳性预测值85.8%。结论心脏腺苷负荷磁共振成像技术,可提高患者诊断率,尤其在心肌缺血诊断阳性率方面具有显著价值。 Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of cardiac adenosine stress magnetic resonance imaging and dual source CT coronary angiography in the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods A retrospective study was conducted,including 35 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to July 2020.Dual source CT coronary angiography and cardiac adenosine stress magnetic resonance imaging were used to observe the diagnostic results.Results Selective coronary angiography showed 122 stenosis segments,CTCA showed 70 stenosis segments and 333 non stenosis vessels.CTCA:15 narrow segments(false positive).Compared with CT coronary angiography,selective coronary angiography has a specificity of 96%,sensitivity of 68%,negative predictive value of 92.5%,and positive predictive value of 85.8%.Conclusion Cardiac adenosine stress magnetic resonance imaging technology can improve the diagnostic rate of patients,especially in the positive rate of myocardial ischemia diagnosis,which has significant value.
