摘要
婴幼儿由于免疫系统尚未发育成熟,因此依赖母乳进行被动免疫。人乳脂肪为最复杂的天然脂质,其独特的分子组成与结构使其在调节婴幼儿免疫健康方面具有重要意义。本文就母乳天然乳脂中的饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸、长链多不饱和脂肪酸及乳脂肪球膜成分在婴幼儿肠道发育和免疫调节方面的作用进行综述,旨在为婴幼儿配方奶粉脂质母乳化的应用及婴儿免疫健康提供理论依据。
Infants and young children rely on breast milk for passive immunity because their immune systems are not yet mature.Human milk lipid is the most complex natural lipid,and its unique molecular composition and structure make it play an important role in regulating immune health of infants and young children.In this article,the effects of saturated fatty acid,monounsaturated fatty acid,long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids and milk fat globule membrane components in natural milk lipids of breast milk on intestine development and immunoregulation of infants and young children were reviewed,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the application of lipid breastfeeding in infant formula and the prevention of infant immune-related diseases.
