早产儿动脉导管未闭的评估是新生儿科具有争议的话题之一,临床医生如何识别具有血流动力学意义的动脉导管未闭具有挑战性。早期针对性干预有利于动脉导管未闭早产儿的预后,故早产儿动脉导管未闭的诊断与评估至关重要。超声是诊断和评估该疾病的主要手段,但仍具有局限性,应探索更多诊断及评估动脉导管未闭的方法,更好地指导个体化治疗。本文就早产儿动脉导管未闭的检查方法和相关生化指标进行综述,旨在为临床诊断、监测和及时干预提供参考依据。

The evaluation of patent ductus arteriosus in preterm infants is one of the controversial topics in neonatology,and it is challenging for clinicians to identify hemodynamically significant patent ductus arteriosus.Early targeted intervention is beneficial to the prognosis of premature infants with patent ductus arteriosus,so the diagnosis and evaluation of premature infants with patent ductus arteriosus is very important.Ultrasound is the main means of diagnosis and evaluation of this disease,but it still has limitations.More methods of diagnosis and evaluation of patent ductus arteriosus should be explored to better guide individual treatment.This article reviews the examination methods and related biochemical indexes of patent ductus arterios us in premature infants,aiming to provide reference for clinic al diagnosis,monitoring and timely intervention.
