动脉介入栓塞治疗在妇产科产后出血中的应用效果

Application effect of arterial interventional embolization in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in the department of obstetrics and gynecology

目的探讨动脉介入栓塞治疗在妇产科产后出血中的应用效果。方法选取2020年4月至2021年4月济宁市兖州九一医院收治的50例产后出血患者,按照随机抽签法分为对照组、观察组,每组各25例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用动脉介入栓塞治疗,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论动脉介入栓塞治疗在产后出血中的应用效果较好,可提升临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of arterial interventional embolization in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 50 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to Yanzhou 91 Hospital in Jining City from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random lottery method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given arterial interventional embolization treatment.The treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of arterial interventional embolization in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is good,which can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,so it is worthy of promotion and application.
