陆启滨教授辨治月经过少的临证经验及病案举隅

月经过少指月经周期基本正常,经量较既往明显减少,甚至点滴即净,或行经时间过短,不足2 d。陆启滨教授认为本病与肾、肝、脾三脏相关,以肾为主。主要病机为阴血不足,兼有肝郁血瘀,治疗以补肾养血为主,兼以疏肝理气、活血祛瘀。临证应病证结合、辨证施治、分期论治,灵活运用补肾调周法,使阴血充足,气血通畅,从根本上改善月经量。

Hypomenorrhea means that the menstrual cycle is basically normal,the menstrual volume is significantly reduced than before,and even a drip is net.Or menstruation time is too short,less than 2 days.Professor Lu Qibin believes that the disease is related to the kidney,liver and spleen,especially the kidney.The main pathogenesis is deficiency of yin blood,stagnation of liver qi and blood stasis.The treatment is mainly to nourishing blood and kidney,dispersing liver and regulating qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The clinical treatment should be based on the combination of disease and syndrome,syndrome differentiation and stage treatment,and the method of tonifying kidney and regulating menstrual cycles should be used flexibly,so that the yin blood is sufficient,the qi and blood are unblocked,and the menstrual volume is fundamentally improved.
