儿童保健对儿童早期生长、运动及智力发育的影响

Effect of child health care on early growth,motor and intellectual development of children

目的探讨儿童保健干预对儿童早期生长、运动、智力发育的影响。方法选择2021年1月至12月邹城市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心接诊的97例婴幼儿作为研究对象,按照随机编号抽签法分为对照组(48例)与观察组(49例)。对照组婴幼儿采取常规干预,观察组婴幼儿开展儿童保健干预,测量记录两组婴幼儿干预前后早期生长情况,评估两组婴幼儿干预前后运动及智力发育情况。结果观察组婴幼儿干预后身长、体重、头围均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组婴幼儿干预后运动评分、智力发育评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开展儿童保健能够有效促进婴幼儿早期生长,增强运动、智力发育,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of child health care on early growth,motor and intellectual development of children.Methods A total of 97 infants and young children admitted to Zoucheng Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from January to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(48 cases)and the observation group(49 cases)according to the random number drawing method.The infants and young children in the control group were given routine intervention,and the infants and young children in the observation group were given child health intervention.The early growth of infants and young children in the two groups before and after the intervention was measured and recorded,and the motor and intellectual development of infants and young children in the two groups before and after the intervention was evaluated.Results The length,weight and head circumference of infants and young children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the motor and intellectual development scores of infants and young children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The child health care can effectively promote the early growth of i nfants and children and enhance the motor and intellectual development,which is worth popularizing.
