流量连续气道正压通气呼吸机治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的临床效果

Clinical effect of continuous positive airway pressure ventilation ventilator in the treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease

目的分析流量连续气道正压通气呼吸机治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年6月莘县中心医院儿科收治的60例新生儿肺透明膜病患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)。对照组采用常规器械治疗,观察组采用流量连续气道正压通气呼吸机治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组治疗后各项呼吸功能指标、康复情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流量连续气道正压通气呼吸机治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的临床效果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of continuous positive airway pressure ventilation ventilator in the treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease.Methods From January 2019 to June 2021,60 cases of neonatal hyaline membrane disease admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Shenxian Central Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional instruments,while the observation group was treated with continuous positive airway pressure ventilation ventilator.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The respiratory function indexes and recovery of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of continuous positive airway pressure ventilation ventilator is significant in the treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease.
