基因重组人生长激素+促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗大骨龄矮小儿童的临床效果

摘要 目的探讨大骨龄矮小儿童采用基因重组人生长激素+促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHa)联合治疗的临床效果。方法于三明市中西医结合医院2018年6月至2021年6月接诊的大骨龄矮小患儿中选取64例作为研究对象,采取奇偶数法将患儿分为对照组与观察组,每组各32例。对照组采取基因重组人生长激素单独治疗,观察组采取基因重组人生长激素+GnRHa联合治疗,对比两组治疗前、治疗1年后的生长速率(GV)、骨龄(BA)、预测成年身高(PAH)以及BA的身高标准差积分(Ht SDSBA)情况。结果治疗后观察组GV高于对照组,BA低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组PAH、Ht SDSBA均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基因重组人生长激素+GnRHa联合治疗方案更有助于大骨龄矮小儿童的身高改善,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Recombinant Human Growth Hormone and Gonadotropinreleasing Hormone Agonist(GnRHa)in the treatment of short stature children with large bone age.Methods A total of 64 short stature children with large bone age who were admitted to Sanming Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group by the odd-even number method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Recombinant Human Growth Hormone alone and the observation group was treated with the combination of Recombinant Human Growth Hormone+GnRHa.The growth velocity(GV),bone age(BA),predicted adult height(PAH),and height standard deviation score of BA(Ht SDSBA)of the two groups were compared before and after 1 year of treatment.Results After treatment,GV in observation group was higher than that in control group,and BA was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PAH and Ht SDSBA in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of Recombinant Human Growth Hormone and GnRHa is more helpful to improve the height of short stature children with large bone age,and it is worth promoting.
