婴儿保健对婴儿生长发育、营养性疾病及健康状况的影响

Influence of infant health care on growth and development,nutritional diseases and health status of infants

目的探究婴儿保健对婴儿生长发育、营养性疾病及健康状况的影响。方法选取2022年1月至12月武冈市妇幼保健和计划生育服务中心的98例婴儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组(49例,常规保健)、研究组(49例,婴儿保健),对比两组保健效果。结果研究组头围、体重与身高各指标高于参照组,营养性疾病总发生率低于参照组,健康优良率高于参照组,家属总满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论婴儿应用婴儿保健干预的效果显著,可促进生长发育,降低营养性疾病发生率,改善健康状况。

Objective To explore the influence of infant health care on infants’growth and development,nutritional diseases and health status.Methods From January to December 2022,98 infants in Wugang Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the reference group(49 cases,routine health care)and the study group(49 cases,infant health care)according to the random number table method to compare the health care effects of the two groups.Results The head circumference,weight and height of infants in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,overall incidence of nutritional diseases was lower than that in the reference group,excellent health rate was higher than that in the reference group,the overall satisfaction degree of family members of infants in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of infant health care intervention is remarkable in promoting growth and development,reducing the incidence of nutritional diseases,and improving health sta tus.
