草酸艾司西酞普兰联合音乐疗法治疗产后抑郁的临床效果

Clinical effect of Escitalopram Oxalate combined with music therapy on postpartum depression

目的探讨草酸艾司西酞普兰联合音乐疗法治疗产后抑郁(PPD)的临床效果。方法选取2021年5月至2022年5月泰安市精神病医院精神科收治的80例PPD患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组、实验组,每组各40例。对照组应用草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上联合音乐疗法,比较两组临床效果、抑郁评分、生活质量及睡眠情况。结果实验组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组抑郁评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组睡眠评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论草酸艾司西酞普兰联合音乐疗法治疗PPD的临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Escitalopram Oxalate combined with music therapy on postpartum depression(PPD).Methods A total of 80 PPD patients admitted to the Department of Psychiatry,Tai’an Psychiatric Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Escitalopram Oxalate,and the experimental group was treated with music therapy on the bas is of the control group.T he clinical effect,depression score,quality of life and sleep status were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the depression score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep score of the exper imental group was lower than that of the contr ol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Escitalopram Oxalate combined with music therapy has significant clinical effect in the treatment of PPD.
