人性化护理管理模式在小儿急腹症中的应用效果

Application effect of humanized nursing management mode in children with acute abdomen

目的探讨人性化护理管理模式在小儿急腹症中的应用效果。方法选取济南市第三人民医院2022年1月至12月收治的60例急腹症患儿,按照住院先后顺序分为对照组、观察组,每组各30例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取人性化护理管理模式,比较两组应激指标、焦虑情况(mYPAS)及依从性。结果干预后观察组皮质醇、去甲肾上腺素和促肾上腺皮质激素水平低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组mYPAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿急腹症中采取人性化护理管理模式能改善应激反应,调节不良情绪,提高依从性。

Objective To investigate the application effect of humanized nursing management mode in children with acute abdomen.Methods A total of 60 children with acute abdomen admitted to Jinan Third People’s Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of hospitalization,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given humanized nursing management mode.The stress index,anxiety status(mYPAS)and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of cortisol,noradrenalin and adrenocorticotropic hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the mYPAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized nursing management model in children with acute abdomen can improve stress response,regulate bad emotion and improve compliance.
