人文关怀护理在急诊儿科护理中的应用

Application of humanistic care nursing in emergency pediatric nursing

目的探讨人文关怀护理在急诊儿科护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月兰陵县人民医院儿科急诊100例患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例,常规护理)、研究组(50例,在对照组的基础上实施人文关怀护理)。比较两组依从性、输液疼痛评分及输液重注率、家属护理满意度。结果研究组总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组输液疼痛评分及输液重注率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组家属护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急诊儿科护理中应用人文关怀护理,可以提高依从性,减轻输液疼痛程度,降低输液重注率,提升家属护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care nursing in emergency pediatric nursing.Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,100 children in the Pediatric Emergency,Lanling People’s Hospital were selected and divided into the control group(50 cases,routine nursing)and the study group(50 cases,humanistic care nursing on the basis of the control group)according to the random number table method.The compliance,infusion pain score,infusion reinjection rate and family nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The infusion pain score and infusion reinjection rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The family nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care in emergency pediatric nursing can improve the compliance,reduce the infusion pain degree and the infusion reinjection rate,and improve the family nursing satis faction.
