摘要
目的探讨健康宣教联合针对性护理干预在两癌筛查中的应用价值。方法选择2021年6月至2022年12月在邹平市中医院接受两癌筛查的260例女性,通过抽签法分为对照组和干预组,每组各130例。对照组实施常规指导和护理,干预组在对照组的基础上实施健康宣教联合针对性护理干预,比较两组的两癌筛查相关知识评分和满意度。结果干预组受检者两癌筛查相关知识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组受检者对两癌筛查相关工作的各项满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两癌筛查中应用健康宣教和针对性护理干预,能够提高受检女性的乳腺癌、宫颈癌防治知识和对两癌筛查的重视,同时能够提高对两癌筛查工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of health education combined with targeted nursing intervention in two cancers screening.Methods A total of 260 women who underwent two cancers screening in Zouping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected.By drawing lots,they were divided into the control group and the intervention group,with 130 cases in each group.The control group was given routine guidance and nursing,while the intervention group was given health education combined with targeted nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The knowledge scores and satisfaction with cancer screening in both groups were observed.Results The score of cancer screening related knowledge in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The subjects in the intervention group were more satisfied with all aspects of cancer screening related work than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education and targeted nursing intervention in the screening of two cancers can improve the women’s knowledge of prevention and treatment of breast cancer and cervical cancer and their attention to the screening of two cancers,and can also improve their satisfaction with the screening of two cancers.
