摘要
目的:探讨无乳链球菌(GBS)临床株对替加环素敏感性的影响。方法:收集2014—2017年华中科技大学协和深圳医院GBS临床分离株136株,检测菌株的生物被膜形成能力、四环素(tet)耐药基因和多位点序列分型,分析其与替加环素敏感性的关系。结果:GBS对替加环素的敏感性为69.1%,其生物被膜形成能力与替加环素敏感性无显著相关性(P>0.05)。该研究临床分离的GBS携带四环素tetM基因,ST19型、ST17型菌株数量高(25株),ST17型对替加环素具有较高的敏感性。结论:该地区GBS对替加环素较为敏感,ST17型菌株对替加环素具有较高的敏感性,可将其作为临床感染的治疗思路之一。
Objective:To investigate the influence of clinical isolates of Streptococcus agalactiae(GBS)on the sensitivity to tigecycline.Methods:A sample of 136 clinical isolates of GBS were collected in Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital from 2014 to 2017.The biofilm-forming capacity,tetracycline(tet)resistance genes and multilocus sequence typing were detected.The relationship with tigecycline sensitivity was analyzed.Results:The GBS sensitivity to tigecycline was 69.1%.There was no significant correlation between biofilm-forming capacity and tigecycline sensitivity(P>0.05).The clinically isolated GBS in this study carried tetM gene,the highest number of strains was present in type ST19 and type ST17 strains(25 strains),and type ST17 had a high sensitivity to tigecycline.Conclusion:GBS is highly sensitive to tigecycline and ST17 strains have a higher sensitivity to tigecycline in this region,which can be used as one of the ideas of clinical infection treatment.
