腹腔镜疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Laparoscopic Hernia Repair in Treatment of Elderly Inguinal Hernia

目的:分析腹腔镜疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年7月石门县人民医院收治的老年腹股沟疝患者80例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与参照组,各40例。试验组应用腹腔镜疝修补术治疗,参照组应用传统手术治疗。比较两组手术相关指标、生活质量评分、并发症发生率。结果:试验组术中出血量低于参照组,手术时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组生理功能、情感职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。结论:采用腹腔镜疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝效果显著,可降低术中出血量,缩短康复时间,改善患者生活质量,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic hernia repair in the treatment of elderly inguinal hernia.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Shimen County People′s Hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as observation subjects and divided into the experimental group and the reference group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with laparoscopic hernia repair,while the reference group was treated with traditional surgery.Surgery-related indicators,quality of life score,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the operation time,first ambulation time and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of physiological function,emotional function,somatic pain and social function in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).Conclusion:Laparoscopic hernia repair has a significant effect in treatment of elderly inguinal hernia,it can decrease intraoperative blood loss,shorten the rehabilitation time,improve the quality of life,and reduce the risk of complication.
