甲泼尼龙联合布地奈德治疗小儿喉炎伴喉梗阻的临床价值分析

Analysis of Clinical Value of Methylprednisolone Combined with Budesonide in Treatment of Pediatric Laryngitis with Laryngeal Obstruction

目的:探讨甲泼尼龙联合布地奈德治疗小儿喉炎伴喉梗阻的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月务川县人民医院收治的小儿喉炎伴喉梗阻患儿80例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予布地奈德联合地塞米松治疗,观察组给予布地奈德联合甲泼尼龙治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果、症状缓解时间、症状积分、住院时间、医疗费用、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016)。观察组各症状缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗72 h后,两组患者各项症状积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组住院时间短于对照组,医疗费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:小儿喉炎伴喉梗阻患儿应用甲泼尼龙联合布地奈德治疗的效果显著,可缩短患儿症状改善时间及住院时间,快速缓解患儿症状,安全性良好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of methylprednisolone combined with budesonide in the treatment of pediatric laryngitis with laryngeal obstruction.Methods:A total of 80 children with pediatric laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction admitted to Wuchuan County People′s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide and dexamethasone and the observation group was treated with budesonide and methylprednisolone.The treatment effect,symptom relief time,symptom score,hospital stay,medical costs,and occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.016).The time of symptom relief in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After 72 h of treatment,the scores of various symptoms in the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The hospital stay length in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the medical costs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of methylprednisolone combined with budesonide in children with pediatric laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction has a significant effect,which can shorten the time for symptom improvement and hospital stay,quickly alleviate symptoms,and have good safety.
