医患共享决策模式对急诊科意识障碍患者的效果

Effect of Physician-Patient Sharing Decision-Making Mode in Patients with Disorders of Consciousness in Emergency Department

目的:探讨医患共享决策模式对急诊科意识障碍患者的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月北京市昌平区中西医结合医院急诊科收治的意识障碍患者65例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=32)与观察组(n=33)。对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组采用医患共享决策模式。比较两组患者总有效率、患者家属的管理依从度及生活质量。结果:观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006);观察组患者家属的管理依从度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012);观察组管理后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医患共享决策模式能够提高急诊科意识障碍患者家属的管理依从度,减轻患者的意识障碍程度,提高生活质量,是一种科学有效的管理模式。

Objective:To explore the effect of physician-patient sharing decision-making mode in patients with disorders of consciousness in emergency department.Methods:From June 2021 to June 2022,65 patients with disorders of consciousness admitted to the Emergency Department of Beijing Changping Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the observation objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the control group(n=32)and the observation group(n=33).The control group adopted routine management mode,while the observation group adopted physicianpatient sharing decision-making mode.The total effective rate,the management compliance of family members,and the quality of life were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.006);The management compliance of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.012);The quality of life score in the observation group after amanging was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The physician-patient sharing decision-making mode can improve the management compliance of the family members of patients with disorders of consciousness in the emergency department,reduce the degree of patients′disorders of consciousness,and improve the quality of life.It is a scientific and effective management mode.
