普通针刺联合温罐灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Common Acupuncture Combined with Warm Pot Moxibustion in Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的:分析西医、普通针刺联合温罐灸治疗周围性面瘫患者的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月福泉市中医医院针灸科收治周围性面瘫患者48例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各24例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予普通针刺联合温罐灸治疗。比较两组患者中医证候积分、面部症状和面部神经功能、不良反应发生率、治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者眼睑缩小、口眼歪斜、面色无华积分均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者面部症状评分均下降,面部神经功能评分均上升,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。结论:周围性面瘫患者经普通针刺联合温罐灸治疗后,可明显缓解临床症状,提高面部神经功能,不良反应少,疗效确切。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of western medicine,common acupuncture combined with warm pot moxibustion in treatment of patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:A total of 48 patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted to Fuquan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation subject.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 24 cases in each group.Control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received common acupuncture combined with warm pot moxibustion treatment.The TCM syndrome score,facial symptoms and facial nerve function,incidence of adverse reactions,and treatment effect were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of eyelid reduction,deviated mouth and eyes,and faceless complexion in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the facial symptom scores in the two groups decreased and the facial nerve function scores increased,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).Conclusion:The treatment of western medicine,common acupuncture combined with warm pot moxibustion in patients with peripheral facial paralysis can significantly relieve clinical symptoms,improve facial nerve function,have few adverse reactions and definite efficacy.
