彩色多普勒超声用于下肢深静脉血栓形成诊断中的价值

Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Deep Vein Thrombosis in Low Limbs

目的:分析彩色多普勒超声在下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月山东省济宁市兖州区人民医院收治的疑似DVT患者60例为观察对象,以静脉造影结果为“金标准”,均行彩色多普勒超声检查,确认DVT病例情况,计算诊断准确性、阳性预测值等指标。结果:彩色多普勒超声诊断DVT 29例,静脉造影诊断DVT 35例。彩色多普勒超声的诊断准确度为62.50%,灵敏度为77.14%,特异度为92.00%,阳性预测值为93.10%。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查有助于医师判断患者是否发生DVT,可为治疗效果评估提供可靠支持。

Objective:To analyze the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in lower limbs.Methods:A total of 60 suspected DVT patients treated in Yanzhou District People′s Hospital of Jining City of Shandong Province from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as observation subjects.Venangiography results were taken as the gold standard,and all patients received color Doppler ultrasound to confirm DVT cases,and the diagnostic accuracy and positive predictive value were calculated.Results:By color Doppler ultrasound,29 DVT cases were diagnosed;by venangiography,35 DVT cases were diagnosed.The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound was 62.50%,the sensitivity was 77.14%,the specificity was 92.00%,and positive predictive value was 93.10%.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound examination helps doctors to judge whether DVT occurs,and can provide reliable support for treatment effect evaluation.
