100例乙型肝炎病毒患者乙型肝炎五项结果的分析

Analysis of Five-item Hepatitis B Test Results in 100 Patients with Hepatitis B Virus

目的:探讨乙型肝炎(简称乙肝)病毒患者乙肝五项指标检测结果的临床意义。方法:选取枣庄市市中区人民医院2022年4—10月收治的100例乙肝患者作为研究对象,抽取患者清晨空腹外周肘部静脉血进行乙肝五项指标检测。分析患者乙肝五项指标检验结果及各项阳性率。结果:100例乙肝患者中,大三阳17例,占17.0%;小三阳22例,占22.0%;大二阳9例,占9.0%;小二阳7例,占7.0%;第1项阳性18例,占18.0%;恢三阳6例,占6.0%。患者乙肝表面抗原阳性率为82.0%,乙肝表面抗体阳性率为15.0%,乙肝e抗原阳性率为33.0%,乙肝e抗体阳性率为40.0%,乙肝核心抗体阳性率为64.0%。结论:乙肝五项指标是判定乙肝患者病情的重要依据,可指导临床制定相应的治疗措施。

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of five-item hepatitis B test results in patients with hepatitis B virus.Methods:A total of 100 hepatitis B patients treated in Central District People′s Hospital of Zaozhuang from April 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The fasting peripheral elbow venous blood of the patients in the morning was extracted for five-item hepatitis B test.The five-item hepatitis B test results and positive rate of each item were analyzed.Results:Among the 100 patients with hepatitis B,17 cases were tested HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAb positive,accounting for 17.0%;22 cases were tested HBsAg,HBeAb and HBcAb positive,accounting for 22.0%;9 cases were tested HBsAg and HBeAg positive,accounting for 9.0%;7 cases were tested HBsAg and HBcAb positive,accounting for 7.0%;18 cases were tested HBsAg positive,accounting for 18.0%;6 cases were tested HBsAb,HBeAb and HBcAb,accounting for 6.0%.The positive rate of hepatitis B surface antigen was 82.0%,the positive rate of hepatitis B surface antibody was 15.0%,the positive rate of hepatitis B e antigen was 33.0%,the positive rate of hepatitis B e antibody was 40.0%,and the positive rate of hepatitis B core antibody was 64.0%.Conclusion:The five-item indexes of hepatitis B are the important basis to determine the disease condition of hepatitis B patients,and can guide the formulation of clinical treatment measures.
