优质护理在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of High-Quality Nursing in Breast Cancer Patients

目的:探讨优质护理应用于乳腺癌患者中的临床价值。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月三峡大学第二人民医院收治的乳腺癌患者96例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予优质护理。比较两组患者临床指标及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组进食时间、下床时间、引流时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,上肢功能评定表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:优质护理可降低乳腺癌患者并发症发生率,促进其上肢功能恢复。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of high-quality nursing applied to patients with breast cancer.Methods:A total of 96 patients with breast cancer who received treatment in the Second People′s Hospital of China Three Gorges University between January 2019 and December 2021 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received high-quality nursing.The clinical indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The eating time,ambulation time,drainage time,incision healing time and hospital stay in the study group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the scores of upper limb function assessment scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:High-quality nursing can reduce the incidence of complications and promote the recovery of upper limb function of breast cancer patients.
