基于人体成分分析制定食谱与运动方案对妊娠糖尿病的干预效果

摘要 目的:探讨基于人体成分分析制定食谱与运动方案对妊娠糖尿病的干预效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月攸县人民医院产科收治的200例妊娠糖尿病患者为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组采用常规干预方案,观察组通过人体成分分析制定食谱与运动个体化干预方案。比较两组患者血糖水平、妊娠期并发症及不良结局发生情况、新生儿结局。结果:干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组妊娠期并发症及不良结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组巨大儿、新生儿低血糖、胎儿窘迫发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于人体成分分析制定食谱与运动方案有利于稳定妊娠糖尿病患者血糖水平,减少不良妊娠结局,改善新生儿结局。 Objective:To explore the intervention effect of diet and exercise program formulated on the basis of human body composition analysis on gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 200 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Obstetrics,Youxian People′s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the observation subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 100 patients in each group.The control group received conventional intervention plan,while the observation group received individualized intervention plan of diet and exercise formulated on the basis of human body composition analysis.The blood glucose,complications during pregnancy,adverse outcomes and neonatal outcomes between the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidences of complications during pregnancy and adverse outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidences of macrosomia,neonatal hypoglycemia and fetal distress in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diet and exercise program formulated on the basis of human body composition analysis is conducive to stabilizing the blood glucose level of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,reducing the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and improving neonatal outcomes.
