连续性实时葡萄糖监测在糖尿病患者中的应用效果观察

摘要 目的:探讨连续性实时葡萄糖监测在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年9月—2022年1月长沙市中心医院收治的140例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机信封法分为参照组和观察组,各70例。参照组实施常规血糖监测,观察组实施连续性实时葡萄糖监测。比较两组血糖变化情况和遵医情况。结果:治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组平均血糖水平、日内平均血糖波动幅度与日间血糖平均绝对差均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组遵医率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.019)。观察组低血糖发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。结论:连续性实时葡萄糖监测在糖尿病患者中的应用效果显著,可降低患者血糖水平,减小血糖波动幅度,降低低血糖发生率,改善患者遵医情况。 Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous real-time glucose monitoring in diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 140 patients with diabetes who received treatment in Changsha Central Hospital from September 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random envelope method,they were divided into the reference group and the observation group with 70 cases in each group.The reference group implemented routine blood glucose monitoring and the observation group implemented continuous real-time glucose monitoring.The blood glucose change and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels in observation group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean blood glucose level,intraday mean amplitude of glycemic excursion and interday mean of daily differences in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The treatment compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.019).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).Conclusion:Continuous real-time glucose monitoring has a significant application effect in diabetic patients,it can decrease patients'blood glucose levels,reduce the fluctuations in blood glucose,reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia,and improve the treatment compliance.
