综合护理干预在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨综合护理干预在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月北京市昌平区回龙观社区卫生服务中心收治的106例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各53例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施综合护理干预。比较两组血糖指标、体重指数(BMI)、负性情绪、遵医行为情况。结果:护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及BMI均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组规范饮食,戒烟、酒、咖啡,规律作息,合理运动,严格遵医嘱用药,定期复查率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果显著,可提高血糖及BMI控制效果,改善患者遵医行为及负性情绪,建议应用并予以推广。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 106 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in Beijing Changping District Huilongguan Community Health Service Center from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The blood glucose index,body mass index(BMI),negative emotions and medical compliance behavior were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin and BMI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The standardized diet,quit smoking,quit alcohol consumption,quit coffee,regular lifestyle,reasonable exercise,strict compliance with the doctor's advice,and regular review rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is significant,which can enhance the control effect on blood glucose and BMI,and improve the medical compliance behavior and negative emotions of patients.It is recommended for application and promotion.
