医养结合服务对居家老人的应用效果观察

Application Effect of Integrated Medical and Care Services in In-home Elderly

目的:探讨医养结合服务对居家老人的应用效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年12月铜川市居家老人76例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施医养结合服务。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,观察组生理职能、躯体疼痛、生理功能、社会功能、总体健康、心理健康、情感职能、生命活力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组强迫、饮食及睡眠、恐怖、抑郁、精神病性、焦虑、躯体化评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0398)。结论:医养结合服务对居家老人的应用效果显著,能改善其生活质量及心理健康,有效控制血压水平,降低不良事件发生率,具有推广价值。

Objective:To explore the application effect of integrated medical and care services in the in-home elderly.Methods:A total of 76 in-home elderly in Tongchuan City from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing care and the observation group adopted integrated medical and care services.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the physiological functioning,somatic pain,physiological function,social function,overall health,mental health,emotional function,and vitality scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the compulsion,diet and sleep,fear,depression,psychosis,anxiety,and somatization scores in the observant group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0398).Conclusion:The application effect of integrated medical and care services in the in-home elderly is significant,which can improve the quality of life and mental health,effectively control the levels of blood pressure,and reduce the incidence of adverse events,with the promotion value.
