摘要 目的:分析精神心理门诊电话咨询内容及原因,提出护理对策。方法:选取2021年1—12月云南省玉溪市中医医院精神心理门诊800例来电人员作为研究对象,对其电话咨询内容及原因进行分析。结果:800例来电人员中,咨询内容包括药物反应、药物疗效、药物用法、专家门诊时间、维持治疗时间、住院手续办理等。结论:临床医护人员应积极管理精神药物的不良反应,改善医患沟通方式及健康教育模式,以提高患者治疗依从性;社会应重视心理健康和精神卫生,改善广大群众对精神心理疾病的错误认知,从而使精神心理疾病患者得到更多关爱。 Objective:To analyze the content and reason of telephone consultation in psychiatric clinic and propose the nursing countermeasures.Methods:A total of 800 incoming callers of telephone consultation in Psychiatric Clinic of Yuxi Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Yunnan Province from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The content and reason of their telephone consultations were analyzed.Results:Among 800 callers,the consultation content included drug reaction,drug efficacy,drug usage,expert clinic time,maintenance treatment time,hospitalization procedures and other information.Conclusion:Clinical medical staff should actively manage adverse reactions of psychotropic drugs,improve doctor-patient communication method and health education models to increase patients'treatment compliance.The society should attach importance to mental health and mental hygiene,and improve the general public's misconception of psychiatric and mental illness,so that patients with psychiatric and mental illness can receive more care.
