输液前准备对静脉输液治疗患者不适程度的影响

Influence of Pre-infusion Preparation on Discomfort of Patients Undergoing Intravenous Infusion Therapy

目的:探讨输液前准备对静脉输液治疗患者不适程度的影响。方法:选取2022年1—12月于山东省泰山医院接受静脉输液的患者30例作为研究对象,通过问卷调查的形式分析患者输液前准备情况,比较不同穿刺前告知时间患者准备情况评分及不适程度评分。结果:提前10 min告知的患者准备情况总分高于未告知、提前5 min告知、提前30 min告知的患者,不适评分低于未告知、提前5 min告知、提前30 min告知的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:输液前10 min告知患者,并做好准备工作,能明显减轻患者输液过程中的不适感受。

Objective:To investigate the influence of pre-infusion preparation on discomfort degree of patients undergoing intravenous infusion therapy.Methods:A total of 30 patients undergoing intravenous infusion therapy in Shandong Provincial Taishan Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The pre-infusion preparation of patients was analyzed using the questionnaire survey.The patient's preparation score and discomfort score with different prepuncture notification times were compared.Results:The total score of patient's preparation notified 10 min in advance was higher than that who were not notified,notified 5 min in advance and 30 min in advance,and the discomfort scores were lower than those who were not notified,notified 5 min in advance and 30 min in advance,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Notifying patients 10 min before infusion and making good preparations can significantly reduce the discomfort of patients during infusion.
