临床护理路径在超声检查中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Ultrasonic Examination

目的:分析临床护理路径在超声检查中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1—7月于南京市第一医院接受超声检查的150例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各75例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施临床护理路径。比较两组配合度、检查时间、一次检查成功率、护理满意度。结果:研究组检查配合优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.047)。研究组等待时间、检查平均时间、检查总时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组一次检查成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016)。结论:临床护理路径在超声检查中的应用效果显著,可提高患者配合度、护理满意度及一次检查成功率,缩短检查时间,值得应用并予以推广。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in ultrasonic examination.Methods:From January 2021 to July 2021,150 patients who received ultrasonic examination in Nanjing First Hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented clinical nursing pathway.The cooperation degree,examination time,success rate of one examination,and nursing satisfaction in two groups were compared.Results:The excellent rate of examination cooperation in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.047).The waiting time,mean examination time and total examination time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The success rate of one examination in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.016).Conclusion:The application effect of clinical nursing pathway in ultrasonic examination is remarkable,which can improve patient cooperation,nursing satisfaction,success rate of one examination,shorten examination time,and is worthy of application and promotion.
