动画趣味视频对手足口病患儿治疗依从性的影响

Effects of Animated Fun Video on Treatment Compliance of Children with Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

目的探讨动画趣味视频对手足口病患儿治疗依从性的影响。方法134例手足口病患儿依据数字表法分为观察组与对照组各67例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预基础上联合动画趣味视频干预。观察患儿治疗依从性、康复进程、随访期间的卫生行为及再感染情况。结果护理干预前2组患儿饮食、运动、用药、行为依从性评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后观察组患儿的各项依从性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),患儿的退热时间、皮疹消退时间、神经症状消失时间、口腔疱疹消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月,观察组患儿的不良卫生行为发生率和再感染率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手足口病患儿的护理中给予动画趣味视频干预可提高其治疗依从性,加快康复进程,并帮助患儿养成良好的卫生习惯,降低再感染风险。

Objective To explore the effect of animated fun video on the treatment compliance of children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods According to the number table method,134 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were divided into observation group and control group,with 67 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given animation interesting video intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The treatment compliance,rehabilitation process,health behavior and reinfection during follow-up were observed.Results Before nursing intervention,there were no significant differences in diet,exercise,medication and behavioral compliance scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the compliance scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The time of fever regression,rash regression,neurological symptom disappearance and oral herpes regression in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the incidence of unhealthy hygiene behavior and reinfection rate in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Animated fun video intervention in the nursing of children with hand,foot and mouth disease can improve their treatment compliance,accelerate the process of recovery,and help children develop good hygiene habits to reduce the risk of reinfection.
