考虑多元混合储能的微电网功率平滑控制技术

摘要 微电网内分布式光伏出力不确定性导致的功率波动,严重影响微电网的运行稳定性,而储能系统因其功率快速双向调节特性可有效平滑功率波动,但单一储能因受功率调节速度和容量的相互制约影响,无法兼顾调节的快速性和精准性。针对以上问题,本文提出了基于多元混合储能的微电网功率控制策略,首先,构建了基于多元混合储能的微电网系统模型;其次,基于变分模态分解算法对光伏波动功率按照频带范围进行模态分解,并利用改进的量子粒子群优化算法分解参数,根据最小能量熵确定分频点,对混合储能系统进行功率分配;最后,提出储能系统SOC均衡控制策略,根据各储能单元的SOC进行能量均衡控制。利用Matlab算例对本文方法进行仿真验证,证明所提方法的有效性。 The power fluctuation caused by the uncertainty of distributed photovoltaic output in the microgrid seriously affects the operation stability of the microgrid,and the energy storage system can smooth the power fluctuation bacause of its fast bidirectional power regulation characteristics.However due to the mutual restriction of power regulation speed and capacity,a single energy storage cannot take into account the rapidity and accuracy of regulation.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a microgrid power control strategy based on multivariate hybrid energy storage.Firstly,a microgrid system model based on multivariate hybrid energy storage is constructed.Then the modal decomposition of photovoltaic fluctuation power is carried out according to the frequency band range based on variational modal decomposition algorithm,and the parameters are decomposed by the improved quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm,the frequency division point is determined according to the minimum energy entropy,and the power distribution of the hybrid energy storage system is carried out.Finally,the SOC balance control strategy of the energy storage system is proposed.According to the SOC of each energy storage unit,it can achieve energy balance control.The method in this paper is simulated and verified by a Matlab example,which proves the effectiveness of the proposed method.
