摘要 当前变压器储油柜油位检测中存在测量不准确、假油位等问题。本文设计一种基于变介质电容式液位测量的变压器油位检测系统,以实现前端不带电实时准确检测变压器油位信息。该系统将2个同轴金属圆筒插入变压器油中,金属圆筒之间产生的寄生电容随油位变化而改变,电容传感器接收电容变化信息,并将数据传输至单片机,再通过上位设备对数据进行传输与处理,通过实验及工程测试表明,该方法可以快速、准确地检测变压器油位,同时大幅降低操作人员的工作量,提升变压器油位检测的准确性,保障变压器的安全稳定运行。 There exist inaccurate measurement and'false oil level'in the current transformer oil level detection.A transformer oil level detection system based on variable dielectric capacitance sensing is proposed to achieve real-time accurate measurement of transformer oil level information without power at the front end.By inserting two coaxial metal cylinders into the oil being measured,the parasitic capacitance changes due to the oil level.The capacitance sensor adopts the capacitance change information and transmits the data to the microcontroller for multiple data acquisition and processing.The accuracy of the oil level detection information is further improved by using the improved median algorithm to eliminate burrs and interferences.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can quickly detect the oil level information with high accuracy.It can significantly reduce the workload of operating personnel,improve the safety of transformers and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid and equipment.
