前置审方对医院门急诊中药注射剂临床合理使用的促进作用研究

Promoting Effect of Pre-examination Prescription on Rational Clinical Use of TCM Injection in Outpatient and Emergency Department of Hospital

目的:分析新沂市中医医院前置审方对促进中药注射剂在临床合理使用的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—6月新沂市中医医院经前置审方审查的门急诊中药注射剂处方230份为观察组;选取2020年1—6月未经前置审方审查的门急诊中药注射剂处方286份为对照组。分析两组所患疾病、治疗中所用中药注射剂的用法用量、适应证等,评价中药注射剂使用的情况是否合理。结果:观察组不合理用药处方8份,占比3.48%,对照组不合理处方42份,占比14.69%。观察组中药注射剂不合理处方发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在我院实行前置审方的流程后,中药注射剂的不合理处方比例明显降低,前置审方可促进中药注射剂的合理使用,为患者提供更合理、安全的中药注射剂用药治疗。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of pre-examination prescription in Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine on promoting rational use of TCM injections in clinic.Methods:From January 2022 to June 2022,two hundred and thirty outpatient and emergency TCM injection prescriptions reviewed by the pre-examination prescription in Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included in the observation group.A total of two hundred and eighty-six outpatient and emergency TCM injection prescriptions that had not been reviewed by the pre-examination prescription from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected as the control group.The diseases of the two groups,the usage and dosage of TCM injections used in treatment,indications were analyzed,and the use of TCM injections is reasonable was evaluated.Results:There were 8 irrational drug prescriptions in the observation group,accounting for 3.48%,and 42 irrational prescriptions in the control group,accounting for 14.69%.The incidence of irrational prescription of TCM injection in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:After the pre-examination prescription was implemented in the hospital,the proportion of irrational prescriptions of TCM injections was significantly reduced,so that the pre-examination could promote the rational use of TCM injections and provide patients with more reasonable and safe treatment of TCM injections.
