Diagnosis and Treatment of Anal Fistula in Crohn's Disease

克罗恩病肛瘘是克罗恩病的常见肛周病变,具有创面难愈合、复发率高等特点,严重影响患者生活质量。该文通过总结临床经验,认为外科手术仍是目前治疗克罗恩病肛瘘的主要方法,临床需结合术前诊断,选择合理的手术方式,引流材料、拆线时间是肛周长期有效挂线和后续内科治疗的保障。

Anal fistula is a common perianal lesion of Crohn's disease,which is characterized by difficult wound healing and high recurrence rate,and seriously affects the quality of life of patients.By summarizing clinical experience,this paper concluded that surgery is still the main method for treating Crohn anal fistula.Clinical diagnosis should be combined with preoperative selection of reasonable surgical methods,drainage materials,suture removal time are the guarantee of long-term effective perianal suture hanging and follow-up medical treatment.
