耳穴埋籽联合早期功能锻炼在脑卒中患者康复中的应用效果

Application Effect of Auricular Point Burying Combined with Early Functional Exercise in the Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients

目的:探讨耳穴埋籽联合早期功能锻炼在脑卒中患者康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月无锡市中心康复医院收治的脑卒中康复期患者92例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组给予常规脑卒中康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予耳穴埋籽联合早期功能锻炼。比较两组患者日常生活活动能力(Barthel评分)和平衡功能(Berg评分)。结果:干预前,两组患者Barthel评分和Berg评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组患者Barthel评分和Berg评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中康复期患者实施耳穴埋籽联合早期功能锻炼,可有效改善患者运动功能,有助于促进患者康复。

Objective:To explore the application effect of auricular point burying combined with early functional exercise in the rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,92 stroke rehabilitation patients admitted to Wuxi Central Rehabilitation Hospital were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional stroke rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group was given auricular point burying combined with early functional exercise on the basis of the control group.The activities of daily living(Barthel score)and balance function(Berg score)were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in Barthel score and Berg score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the Barthel score and Berg score of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupoint seed burying combined with early functional exercise for stroke rehabilitation patients can effectively improve motor function and promote rehabilitation.
