桃红四物汤联合桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心脉瘀阻型心悸的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined with Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction in the Treatment of Heart Palpitations Due to Blood Stasis

目的:分析桃红四物汤联合桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心脉瘀阻型心悸的临床效果。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年6月某医院收治的70例心脉瘀阻型心悸患者为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予桃红四物汤联合桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗。比较两组患者中医证候积分、治疗总有效率、治疗满意度。结果:治疗完成时、治疗后1个月、治疗后2个月,观察组中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2个月,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。观察组治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:在西药基础上采用桃红四物汤联合桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心脉瘀阻型心改建效果更优,患者治疗长期有效率及满意度更高,可改善患者症状。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of heart palpitations due to blood stasis.Methods:From September 2021 to June 2022,70 patients with palpitations of heart vessel stasis type were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome scores,total effective rate of treatment,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:At the completion of treatment,1 month after treatment,and 2 months after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two months after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).Conclusion:On the basis of western medicine,Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction is more effective in the treatment of cardiac stasis type heart remodeling,the long-term effective rate and satisfaction of patients are higher,and the symptoms of patients can be improved.
