摘要
目的:分析线上线下契约式管理模式对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇孕期自我管理能力及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年8月南阳医学高等专科学校附属医院产检的GDM孕妇80例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组接受门诊常规管理,观察组接受线上线下契约式管理。比较两组孕妇孕期自我管理能力及妊娠结局。结果:观察组相关知识、管理方法与行为、信念与态度、社会支持评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。观察组剖宫产、早产及胎儿宫内窘迫,新生儿低血糖、巨大儿发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:线上线下契约式管理模式能有效提高GDM孕妇的孕期自我管理能力,改善不良妊娠结局。
Objective:To analyze the influence of online and offline contractual management mode on self-management ability and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:From August 2021 to August 2022,80 pregnant women with GDM who underwent obstetric examination at the Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group received outpatient routine management,and the observation group received online and offline contractual management.The self-management ability and pregnancy outcome of the two groups of pregnant women were compared.Results:The relevant knowledge,management methods and behaviors,beliefs and attitudes,social support scores and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The incidences of cesarean section,premature delivery,fetal distress,neonatal hypoglycemia,and macrosomia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The online and offline contractual management model can effectively improve the self-management ability of pregnant women with GDM and improve adverse pregnancy outcomes.
