急诊绿色通道护理流程在急性缺血性脑卒中患者救治中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Emergency Green Channel Nursing Process in the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke Patients

目的:观察急诊绿色通道护理流程在急性缺血性脑卒中患者救治中的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月四川护理职业学院附属医院(四川省第三人民医院)收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者80例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规急救护理,观察组实施绿色通道护理流程。比较两组患者检查完成时间及完善评估时间,救治效果,护理满意度。结果:观察组检查完成时间及完善评估时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组救治效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。结论:对急性缺血性脑卒中患者实施急诊绿色通道护理流程干预,能够缩短诊断时间,提升救治效果,患者满意度较高。

Objective:To observe the effect of emergency green channel nursing process in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients.Methods:Eighty patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Sichuan Nursing Vocational College(Sichuan Third People's Hospital)from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with forty patients in each group.The control group received routine emergency nursing,and the observation group received green channel nursing.The two groups were compared with the completion time of examination,the improvement time of evaluation,the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction.Results:The time to complete the examination and the time to complete the evaluation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The treatment effect of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.045).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).Conclusion:The implementation of emergency green channel nursing process intervention for acute ischemic stroke patients can shorten the diagnosis time,improve the treatment effect,and the patient satisfaction is higher.
