职业女性高危人乳头瘤病毒检查的知信行水平及影响因素

Knowledge,Faith and Practice Level of High-risk Human Papillomavirus Examination and Influencing Factors in Occupational Women

目的:了解职业女性高危人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检查的知信行水平情况,分析其相关影响因素。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年12月于南宁市第一人民医院健康管理(体检)中心进行职工体检的100名女性作为研究对象,通过自填式问卷了解职业女性对HPV知信行现状,分析其影响因素。结果:100名女性对HPV的知信行水平整体处于中等水平。年龄、文化程度、职业与职业女性HPV检查知识水平具有相关性(P<0.05)。年龄、职业、居住地、家庭收入与职业女性HPV检查态度评分有相关性(P<0.05)。年龄、居住地、家庭收入和家庭支持程度与HPV检查行为有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:职业女性HPV检查知识缺乏,接受检查的态度和执行率有待提高,需加强HPV检查的宣传教育,重点关注年龄较大的职业女性,帮助文化水平较低、务工、农村地区及家庭经济困难的妇女群体树立积极态度,提高HPV检查的知信行水平。

Objective:To investigate the level of knowledge,faith and practice level of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)examination in occupational women,and analyze the related influencing factors.Methods:A total of one hundred women who underwent physical examination of employees in the Health Management(Physical examination)Center of Nanning First People's Hospital from October 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The status quo of occupational women's knowledge,faith and practice level of HPV was investigated through a self-filled questionnaire,and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results:The 100 women had an overall moderate level of knowledge and practice about HPV.Age,education level and occupation were correlated with the knowledge level of HPV examination in professional women(P<0.05).Age,occupation,residence and family income were correlated with HPV examination attitude score of working women(P<0.05).Age,residence,family income and family support were correlated with HPV screening behavior(P<0.05).Conclusion:Occupational women lack knowledge of HPV examination,and the attitude and implementation rate of accepting the examination need to be improved.It is necessary to strengthen the publicity and education of HPV examination,focusing on older professional women,helping women with low educational level,working,rural areas and family economic difficulties establish a positive attitude,and improve the knowledge,faith and practice level of HPV examination.
