病案分组讨论教学法在心电图带教中的应用效果

摘要 目的:分析病案分组讨论教学法在心电图带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月广西医科大学附属武鸣医院心电图科实习学生60名为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组,各30名。参照组实施常规教学,试验组实施病案分组讨论教学。比较两组学生考核成绩、教学质量与综合能力。结果:试验组理论知识、技能操作、病例分析考核成绩均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。试验组促进自主学习、处理问题能力、医学生学习主动性评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。试验组分析归纳能力、临床思维能力、实践操作能力、解决问题能力评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:将病案分组讨论教学法应用于心电图带教中,可提升整体教学质量,使医学生获得更好的教学服务,提高其考核成绩及综合能力。 Objective:To analyze the effect of group discussion method in electrocardiogram teaching.Methods:Sixty internship students of the Department of Electrocardiography of Wuming Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi Medical University from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into the reference group and the experimental group by random number table method,with thirty students in each group.The reference group carried out routine teaching,and the experimental group carried out group discussion teaching of medical records.The assessment results,teaching quality and comprehensive ability of the two groups of students were compared.Results:The test scores of theoretical knowledge,skill operation and case analysis of experimental group were higher than those of reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.001).The scores of promoting independent learning,problem-solving ability and learning initiative of medical students in experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.001).The scores of analysis and induction ability,clinical thinking ability,practical operation ability and problem solving ability of experimental group were higher than those of reference group,with statistical significance(P=0.001).Conclusion:The application of group discussion method in electrocardiogram teaching can improve the overall teaching quality,enable medical students to obtain better teaching services,improve their assessment results and comprehensive ability.
